Great product! This robot did a good job on cleaning. Nice packaging too and come with an extra brush and plenty of moping pads. Good quality. Very easy to set up. It can be easily controlled by using the App. It scans the room while cleaning. And it will find the charging station and charge by it self when running low battery. Highly recommended.

PROS:
-Requires 0 attention while it's doing its job, handles cords, bumps and floor vents very well.
-LOOONNGG battery life, 2300sqft runs twice, still gets some juice left.
-Extremely quiet, much more quieter than any other vacuum we owned/tried (neato, roomba, roborock) and still got great suction.
-Surprisingly perfected navigation, it can navigate around furniture, hairpin leg tables, couches, tv stand, chairs in addition to recognizing carpeted or hard surfaced areas and adjusting it's movement depending on that. it uses LIDAR 3d laser mapping technology, so almost 0 mistakes.
-Very much less bumping and hitting, almost none.
-Internal storage can store 5 different maps, for different events and highly flexible programmability.
-Ability to climb over obstacles as tall as 0.8inches, navigates very well around and over carpets with lips or bumps in between different surfaces where they merge together, like tile to carpet transition points.
-Multiple cleaning modes for different purposes, surfaces, type and size of the job.
-Mops, sweeps and Vacuums, 3in1 and it does both very well.
-I noticed that mopping on this vacuum is much more advanced, zero leaks or droplets left behind, easy to refill and a large water tank, you can run 3-4 times before refilling it.
-Sleek design, high quality looking vacuum, compact size compared to other brands.
-Also since Viomi is part of the Xiaomi ecosystem, the MiHome app also lets you easily hook the vacuum into your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant setup for convenient voice commands, to make things even more futuristic.
-Very good suction, nice roller with side brush that reaches tight corners.
-It automatically adjust the speed depending on the surface type and amount of dirt.
-It can detect mess, amount of dirt, toys, obstacles and furniture in addition to walls and other environmental specs.
-Excellent customer service and tech support.
-Great workmanship, high quality material and excellent product overall.
-Easy to setup and operate.
-Very affordable and competes head to head with other expensive brands.

CONS:
-Brush collects and gets wrapped with hair, so you will need to do some maintenance eventually cleaning the brush, not so bad though.
-It would have been nice if it had 2 brushes.

This is an excellent robotic vacuum with sweeping and mopping tasks added in addition. Great software, easy to operate and high technology embedded in a box that can make cleaning easy for you. This would be great for anyone and as well as people with pets. It will clean with peace, will not require attention as navigation is highly advanced compared to previous models.
Highly satisfied parents here with kids and a lot of mess around.

Can my kitties be friends with this robot vacuum?

Your cats are lucky to have such a good owner. VIOMI V3 Max comes with a sound-reducing design and works at a volume(57dB) lower than an operating microwave(around 68dB). This is one of the reasons why kittens love V3 Max.

It does a fantastic job cleaning carpets! I have 3 kids, a dog, and a cat, and they spill everything on the carpets, everyday! My dog makes most of the mess, but V3 Max takes of care of everything. Just make sure to pick up the objects before hand, and this baby will pull out all the dirt and remove those stubborn stains.

It's the best! V3 Max has this feature called 3-in-1 sweeping, mopping & vacuuming that removes pet hair, dirt, crumbs, and stains on the carpet and floor.

And it also has S/Y dual mopping mode that I think is game changer. When I am at the office, I'd like to select the Y-mpping mode on MiHome, so my floor would be super spotless when I come home. You can even have your house cleaned when you are away. What a great design! Kudos to the engineers~

I have a Corgi that hates regular vacuums. She either attacks them or gets startled by them! But with the quiet V3 Max, she just ignores it. It has bumped into her, but did not phase her a bit. Besides, this robot vacuum just meanders around the house picking up all her hair!!! Win-win!!!
